These Terms and Conditions apply to all SMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P

10DLC messaging services provided by Folowly (Folowly Reviews & Folowly Core Software). Your

use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

SMS Disclosure

By opting in to our SMS services, you agree to receive text messages related to

notifications, marketing offers, account authentication (2FA), and other service-related

communications. Message frequency may vary.

Standard message & data rates apply according to your mobile carrier’s terms.

To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. For

assistance, text HELP.

Messaging Consent

You must explicitly consent to receive messages from Folowly. Consent can be given

through channels including our website sign-up forms, paper forms, or verbally via customer

service interactions.

Message Types and Frequency

Messages may include alerts, reminders, promotional offers, updates, and other relevant

communications. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services

and preferences.

Data Rates and Charges

Standard message & data rates apply to any messages you send or receive. These charges

depend on your mobile carrier’s terms and may affect your bill.

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from Folowly SMS communications.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your data. It is available on our

website.

Message Delivery

Folowly does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or failure.

Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control such as network issues or device

compatibility.

User Obligations

By using Folowly’s messaging service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and

regulations. You must not use this service to send messages that are offensive, illegal, or

intended to harass or harm others.

Compliance with Laws

You acknowledge that the messaging service must be used in compliance with all relevant

laws, including privacy, telecommunications, and commercial communications regulations.

Subscription Plans and Billing

We have a number of different billing plans (see product's pricing sections for more detail) All subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum term contract and you must give 1 month's

notice in writing to [email protected] to terminate any subscription.

Advance Payment and Auto-Renewal

Subscription fees are billed in advance and auto-renew until cancelled. Payments are

processed securely via Stripe.

Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)

Additional charges apply based on usage, including phone numbers, SMS/MMS messaging,

voice calls, and number intelligence services:

Phone Numbers: Local: $1.15/month | Toll-Free: $2.15/month

SMS (US/Canada): $0.0079 per segment (inbound/outbound)

MMS (US/Canada): $0.02 outbound | $0.01–$0.02 inbound

Voice Calls: $0.0180/min outbound | $0.0085–$0.0220/min inbound

Number Intelligence:

$0.005–$0.01 per function

Clients maintain a digital wallet balance for usage charges, with automatic billing when

funds run low.

No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Services are custom-built and immediately

initiated upon signup.

Chargebacks Are Not Permitted

Chargebacks or disputes for services rendered are prohibited and constitute a breach of this

agreement. Folowly reserves the right to provide evidence of contract acceptance

and service delivery. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to legal action.

Cancellation Terms

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the 1 month notice period given in writting. No refunds

for unused prepaid time.

Delivery of Services

Services are deemed delivered once:

Platform and automations are set up

Login help and onboarding support are provided but not required for fulfilment.

Free Trials and Promotions

Free trials or discounts may be offered occasionally. Limited setup may occur during trials.

Full service begins when billing starts. Discounts do not alter these terms.

Payment Failures and Service Suspension

If payment fails, we attempt up to 4 times over 3 weeks. After 48 hours of the first failure,

account access is suspended until payment is made.

Consent and Agreement

By purchasing services or checking the agreement box, you confirm:

You have read and agree to these Terms

You accept the No Refund policy

You waive rights to initiate chargebacks for services rendered

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Folowly may update the terms for Folowly at any time. Changes will be

communicated via our website or direct notifications.
